I also got back into a basketball program called "Basketball BC". We played at a tournament with a team who had 3 guys who were 6"3! It was a good tournament, but we lost 1 game out of 4. I was really hyped to be back, and especially the training with lots of running.
For one P.E. class we had to play a game of "hide and seek". It was a huge game with a couple of people it, and the hiding spots were endless. At one point I was basically running through branches leaving my friends behind. This does have consequences, but I think it was worth it, while having fun and being active.
Now to close this up, I now realized that P.E. is more about running around and doing a bunch if laps. Its about learning about what can you do and your capabilities, whatever fitness level you are at you will learn your capabilities and understand them. While at the same time you are improving them. Also over the summer I will stick to my new motto, "curls for the girls".
