Weight room workout 1

I will be using beginner for this just because I'm starting off slow. I need to work on my strength in the bicep area. Hopefully this will be a good start in getting stronger.

P.E. 10 Results 1st Week

Here is my results for the fitness test of the first week:

Beep Test - 11.1

T  Test - 10.68 seconds 

Vertical Test - 55 cm

Push Up Test - 28 

Balance Test - 9

Flexiblity Test - 3

As the year continues I hope to improve with my results, over the summer I kept my fitness level well. But I think growing has an effect with these results.
